Automate complaints posting
A system that will help citizens quickly and conveniently complain about city problems through a mobile app and notify local government services about the problem.
The problem is that currently even half of the complaints cannot be transmitted electronically (online), and the other half cannot be transmitted at all – there is no solution for this. In order to combine those complaints that cannot be reported and those that can be reported but do not require clear steps – the current system will be implemented.
We have developed a platform where users can leave complaints regarding public problems, and the system sends the information to the appropriate city service provider. The user is then informed that the complaint has been accepted or rejected by city services.
