We originally developed a solution that allowed employees to get paid in advance, but in Eastern culture, an advance is equivalent to a loan, which the military culture forbids. So we rebuilt the app and website concept, and made it possible to choose weekly pay. We also created an easy-to-use design for the app that fit the needs of Eastern culture.
